Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Whilst we make every effort to provide our customers with the highest quality of service, customers might, for any reason, decide to refund their product. Our simplified returns’ policy ensures that any refund is processed as smoothly as possible. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days; although the legal time frame is 14 days for online purchases, we allow a much longer time. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regrettably cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, sealed, in the same condition and original packaging that you received it.  Please note that unsealed bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This is non-negociable, as we cannot resell an opened product to our customers. 

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase (i.e. emailed order reference).

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If your refund was approved and processed by us, yet you haven’t received it, the initial step is to check your bank account again before contacting us at info@inna-skin.com. We will endeavour to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@inna-skin.com and send your item to: 95-95A Praed Street, Paddington, W2 1NT.

Gifts

Gifts can only be returned as a normal purchase (as stated above).

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 95-95A Praed Street, Paddington, W2 1NT.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
