What does Inna mean?
Inna means ‘mother’ or ‘mum’ in many Moroccan Berber dialects. It is a reference to origins, pureness, care and mother nature.
Why our products?
Our products are honest and we are transparent about the ingredients we use. We aim for sustainable and ethical sourcing of all our products. We are a small company believing in helping communities build their independence so we work with women cooperatives in small villages.
Our manufacturing practices are outstanding and the process is quality assured from start to finish.
Our products are all safety assessed by UK regulators.
Tell me more about your refill scheme…
We want to minimise packaging waste as much as possible. As we are an online business, we don’t use secondary packaging which is often used to give a more aesthetic look on store shelves. We use glass bottles which are reusable and most of our packaging is recycled cardboard.
We also operate a refill scheme. Customers who wish to repurchase a product could opt for a refill pouch instead, which will save them 15% off the product full price. The pouch is eco friendly and can also be reused.
You claim that your products are vegan and not tested on animals. Why don’t you have the trademarks on the products?
Very important question! Our products are definitely vegan and they are definitely not tested on animals. The reason why our products do not have the trademarks is because we are a small company that is newly launched, and trademark memberships can be quite costly. Our priority, for the time being, is to launch successfully and to grow our product range. We will of course be seeking the official trademarks as soon as we are able to do so. We are very transparent!
