Blog Post 2 – Healthy Skin Tips from Inna Skin Founder

“What do you do to have good skin?” is a frequent question I get asked.

I am one year and 4 months away from the big 40, and believe it or not – I am so excited!!

I am a busy mum of two, I work, I study and I am starting a business. Life is quite hectic, so when it comes to my skincare regime, I don’t like things to be complicated.

I have to admit, my skin is pretty good for my age. Some of it is due to genetics but I also look after what I have been given naturally.

Consistency is key. I look after my body from the inside as well as the outside: one without the other is not enough. The good thing is, I am surrounded by so much choice of natural products that people have been using for centuries and these products are the kindest to our skin. The most important thing for me is the quality of the product. Some face oils out there are mixed, yet claim 100% pureness.

Reflecting on my lifestyle, these are my consistent habits:

  • I never wear foundation, so my skin is always bare and always breathing. 
  • I eat lots of vegetables.
  • I apply pure Argan Oil to my face regularly and Black Seed oil to my roots.
  • I’m easygoing and chilled. I always take time off whatever I am doing, and live in the moment.
  • I try and drink water as much as I can, but I have to admit, I often swap water with tea and coffee ( which is naughty, I know…)
  • In terms of products, for me, less is more.
